Samir Nasri has impressed despite playing just five Premier League games for Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham United.

Samir Nasri will be told whether he has a future at West Ham United before the end of the week with the Frenchman’s contract quickly running down, according to the Standard.
Former Arsenal and Manchester City play-maker Nasri returned to English football in December, joining the Hammers on a free once his spell at Antalyaspor came to an abrupt end after he was found guilty of breaching doping regulations.
The 31-year-old has been restricted to just five Premier League appearances for Manuel Pellegrini’s side, however, a calf injury keeping him on the sidelines for the last two months.
But, when fit, Nasri has shown that he still possesses the vision and class to star in claret and blue. He set up Declan Rice’s winner against Arsenal back in January and came off the bench to inspire a brilliant comeback in March’s 4-3 triumph over Huddersfield Town.

According to the Standard, West Ham will tell Nasri whether he has a future at the London Stadium before Sunday’s clash with Watford.
This comes after Football London reported that the veteran was eyeing a £70,000-a-week deal at West Ham, complete with a hefty appearance bonus.
