Premier League duo West Ham United and Norwich City have both been linked with Olympiakos star Kostas Fortounis.

West Ham United and Norwich City will have to pay £13 million if they want to sign Kostas Fortounis from Olympiakos this summer, according to SDNA.
The Greek international missed out on the Super League title for the second year in a row this season but that does not mean he did not enjoy a superb individual campaign.
In all competitions, Fortounis scored 17 goals and produced 16 assists to attract the attention of clubs in England.
Sport24 claimed last week that West Ham had failed with an £8.8 million bid for the prolific play-maker, who has worked with Hammers director Mario Husillos during his five-year spell at Olympiakos.
Newly promoted Norwich have also been linked. SDNA claimed in April that the Canaries were keen while Fortounis’s agent travelled to England for talks with an as-yet unnamed club.

With the talisman’s contract set to expire in 2020, SDNA adds that Olympiakos have put an affordable £13 million price-tag on his head.
That may be pocket change for West Ham but can a Norwich side who are expected to operate on a rather limited budget this summer afford to spend such a sum on one player?
