Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly agreed to sell Victor Wanyama to Club Brugge but is he on his way out of the Premier League?

Victor Wanyama has doubts about a move to Club Brugge despite Tottenham Hotspur agreeing a £13 million fee with the Jupiler League runners-up, according to the Evening Standard.
It looks for all the world that the Kenyan powerhouse has played his final game for Spurs.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino admitted this week that Wanyama is no longer part of his plans, telling the Mirror that he has ‘gone backwards’ in North London.
And there is seemingly a lack of options for a player who, just a year ago, was a key player in the heart of Tottenham’s midfield, adding brute force to the dainty creativity of Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen.
Club Brugge appear to be the only realistic destination before the transfer window shuts but Wanyama, according to the Standard, has reservations about a move to Belgium during the peak years of his career.

This is despite the fact that Wanyama would be a key player in Brugge while playing Champions League football. Tottenham have even given the green light to a £13 million move.
So the former Celtic and Southampton star has a decision to make. Either he stays at Spurs and warms the bench behind Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko, Eric Dier and even Oliver Skipp, or he takes a step back and joins one of Europe’s second-rate leagues.
