Matias Vecino scored against Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League and Spurs reportedly want to sign him from Serie A powerhouses Inter Milan.

Tottenham Hotspur will have to pay around £25 million if they want to sign Matias Vecino from Inter Milan this summer, according to Inter News.
The Uruguay international has impressed for the Nerazzuri this season and Tottenham know just how good he can be on his day.
Vecino scored a late winner as Spurs lost 2-1 at the San Siro in the Champions League group stage, capping a fine midfield performance with a clinical headed finish.
And it seems that performance could pave the way for a future move to North London.
Inter Live reported in January that Vecino was on Tottenham’s radar along with Juventus duo Blaise Matuidi and Sami Khedira, with the club hoping to find a replacement for the departed Mousa Dembele.

Tottenham have not signed a single player since Lucas Moura arrived from PSG in January 2018, with the club needing to devote much of their funds into building the new stadium. Fortunately, however, Vecino would not break the bank.
Inter News believes that the combative South American would cost around £25 million, which is something of a bargain in today’s market.
