James Bree has played just 21 Championship games in two years at Aston Villa and recently spent time on loan at Ipswich Town.

James Bree is assessing his future at Aston Villa after returning to the club following a loan spell at Ipswich Town, according to the Birmingham Mail.
Bree just hasn’t lived up to expectations at Villa Park over the last two years, struggling to force his way into the first-team picture following his £500,000 move from Barnsley.
The right-back has played just 21 Championship games for the Midland giants and was farmed out to Ipswich during the January transfer window.
Bree did at least get some first-team football under his belt at Portman Road but he could not stop the Tractor Boys from stumbling into League One during his 14 appearances.
It seems very unlikely that Ipswich will make a move to sign the Wakefield-born 21-year-old on a permanent basis after they dropped into the third tier but Bree is still facing an uncertain future heading into the summer transfer window.

The Birmingham Mail claim that he is assessing his future with two years remaining on his contract as an Aston Villa player.
The impending arrival of Frederic Guillbert from Caen may push Bree further down the pecking order, although Alan Hutton could open the door with the veteran out of contract this summer.
