Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly unsure about signing Bournemouth’s Benik Afobe but other Premier League teams are linked now.

Could Benik Afobe’s second spell at Wolverhampton Wanderers be over after just five months?
The striker returned to Molineux on loan from Bournemouth in January, two years after the Cherries paid £10 million to sign him from Wolves.
And Afobe was a big hit back at his old stomping ground, scoring six times in seven Championship starts as Nuno Espirito Santo’s side cruised to the league title and earned promotion to the Premier League.

It is understood that Wolves are concerned that Afobe is simply not cut out for the Premier League. The fact that he netted just 10 goals in 63 top flight games for Bournemouth perhaps backs up that viewpoint.
But that does not mean other sides in the top flight share Wolves’ concerns.

It is not confirmed which teams would be keen to sign Afobe, but the likes of Cardiff City, Newcastle United and Southampton could all do with a physical centre-forward like the 25-year-old.
The Mirror adds that Afobe would love to commit his future to Wolves, but that decision could be taken out of his hands.
