AC Milan’s Serie A striker Patrick Cutrone appears to be edging closer to a £17 million move to Premier League high-flyers Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Nuno Espirito Santo is confident that Wolverhampton Wanderers will seal the £17 million signing of AC Milan striker Patrick Cutrone, according to Wolves Bite.
This will-he-won’t-he saga looks set to have a positive conclusion.
A week after the Express and Star reported that Wolves were in advanced negotiations about a deal to bring the Italian international centre-forward to Molineux, it seems that Cutrone is edging closer to what would be one of the most eye-catching summer deals anywhere in the Premier League.
Doubts had emerged in recent days about whether Cutrone would be willing to swap the giants of AC Milan for the Black Country but manager Nuno is already expecting to work with the 21-year-old next season, according to Wolves Bite.
If Wolves can convince that Cutrone would be best served walking away from the seven-time European champions, he will fly in to England over the next few days in order to tie up the details.

They are already on the verge of agreeing a fee understood to be £17 million, plus add-ons.
And if Cutrone’s two years in the Milan first-team are anything to go by, the FA Cup semi-finalists could be about to snap up one of the most naturally gifted young strikers in Italian football.
The Como-born number nine is an old-school, fox in the box who will ease the goal-scoring burden on last season’s top scorer Raul Jimenez.
