Barrie McKay looks set to leave Championship giants Nottingham Forest just one year after arriving at the City Ground from Rangers.

Barrie McKay might have started just three league games for Nottingham Forest in 2018 but reports that he could be sold this summer has caught the eye of clubs across the continent.

The Daily Record (live blog, 11.55am) is now reporting that this move has taken a step further with McKay understood to be in Greece for talks with the Piraeus-based giants, who are looking to reinforce their squad after missing out on the domestic title for the first time in seven years.
But McKay to Olympiakos is far from a done deal. The Record add that the sprightly winger is also weighing up offers from Germany, Russia and other clubs in England as he aims to get his career back on track.

Big things were expected of McKay when he signed last year, especially after he scored twice and set up four more in his first seven league games for Forest. But he soon found himself out of favour once Karanka replaced Mark Warburton amid questions of his work-rate.
Nottingham Forest paid just £500,000 to sign McKay from Rangers. Perhaps it was too good to be true after all.
