The transfer window slammed shut on Thursday but Sabri Lamouchi’s Forest might still bring a new goalkeeper to the Championship.

Nottingham Forest are expected to complete the loan signing of Olympiakos goalkeeper Marios Siabanis despite the fact that the transfer window slammed shut on Thursday afternoon, according to Sport24.
You’d think Forest would have enough shot-stoppers to last the next few months. Aro Muric and Brice Samba have arrived from Manchester City and Caen respectively after all.
But then again, Luke Steele has joined Millwall on loan and Romania international Costel Pantilimon is expected to leave the City Ground before the end of the month. The 6ft 7ins veteran, left out of Saturday’s defeat to West Brom, is hardly the kind of ball-playing ‘keeper Sabri Lamouchi wants between the sticks.
Maybe Pantilimon could swap clubs with Siabanis.
A 19-year-old who is yet to make his Superleague debut for Olympiakos since a move from Greek champions PAOK, Sport24 reports that Siabanis is expected to move to the City Ground on loan despite the transfer window slamming shut 24 hours ago.

Forest are understood to have already agreed a deal and they are just waiting for confirmation.
Now, there’s more to this than simply signing a third-choice goalkeeper. Evangelos Marinakis owns Forest and Olympiakos and both clubs have swapped players at will over the last 12 months with Karim Ansarifard and Panagiotis Tachtisidis (below) leaving Piraeus for the East Midlands.
Yet Siabanis will hope to make more of an impact than those two.
