Alex Prithcard’s move to Huddersfield Town leaves a void in Norwich City’s squad, which the Championship side hope to fill with Blackburn’s League One star.

Norwich City did not appear to miss Alex Pritchard all that much as Daniel Farke’s side sealed an impressive 1-0 win at promotion chasing Bristol City on Saturday.
James Maddison, as he has done on a number of occasions in recent months, stepped up to the plate with a superb winner at Ashton Gate. But that does not mean Norwich are content to go the rest of the season without a replacement for Pritchard, who sealed a £14 million switch to Huddersfield Town last week, according to Goal.

The 24-year-old only moved to Ewood Park from Gillingham in June for a fee of £750,000, as reported by the BBC, but has taken on a starring role in Tony Mowbray’s side since. Dack has ten goals in 20 League One starts this season, helping Blackburn close in on the top two thanks to a 15-game unbeaten run.
In fact, Dack has been one of the most impressive goal-scoring midfielders in the lower leagues over the last couple of years. He netted 13 times for the Gills in 2015/16, winning the league’s Player of the Season award to boot.

But having never played at a higher level than the third tier, the Greenwich-born talent would have plenty to prove if he moves to Carrow Road this month.
However with Blackburn fighting for an immediate return to the Championship, Norwich would probably have to bid a monstrous fee to tempt them into a sale.
