Jurgen Klopp will ring the changes as Premier League leaders Liverpool host Arsenal in the EFL Cup with Sepp Van den Berg set to feature too.

Teenager Neco Williams is set to make his Liverpool debut during Wednesday night’s EFL Cup fourth round clash against Arsenal at Anfield, according to Goal.
Jurgen Klopp has used England’s secondary cup competition as a means of blooding youth this season with Harvey Elliott, Sepp Van Den Berg, Rhian Brewster, Curtis Jones and Ki-Jana Hoever all featuring in the 2-0 win away at MK Dons in round three.
Highly-rated Dutchman Hoever will not be able to reclaim his place at right-back however as he is away with Holland at the U17 World Cup, meaning the door has swung open for Williams to step into his place.
The 18-year-old is set to start on the right hand side of Klopp’s back four, Goal reports, with the Wrexham-born stopper having established himself in the club’s U23 side recently.
Williams, a converted winger, joined Liverpool at the age of six and was described by Anfield legend Steven Gerrard as ‘magnificent’ during his time in charge of the U18s, as reported by the Liverpool Echo.

The report adds that the promising Van Den Berg, a £1.7 million signing from PEC Zwolle (Mail), could also make his first Liverpool start alongside Joe Gomez at centre-half.
And with Arsenal manager Unai Emery expected to hand opportunities to the likes of Mesut Ozil and the prolific Gabriel Martinelli, Liverpool will be praying that their fresh-faced defence can stand up to the challenge.
