Do Romain Saiss, Leo Bonatini and co have a future at Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers?

Wolverhampton Wanderers are hoping to sell forgotten trio Roderick Miranda, Jordan Graham and Leo Bonatini in the final days of the transfer window, although the Express and Star points out that Romain Saiss still has a future at Molineux.

Once again, Wolves appear to have got their recruitment absolutely spot on.

After superb loan spells at Molineux, Raul Jimenez, Jonny Otto and Leander Dendoncker have been snapped up on permanent deals while Jesus Vallejo and Patrick Cutrone, signed from Real Madrid and AC Milan respectively, highlight Wolves’ new-found pulling power.

But with only Kortney Hause, Michal Zyro and Ethan Ebanks-Landell leaving the Black Country this summer, Wolves are running out of time to trim down a rather bloated squad.

Miranda, a £2.6 million signing from Rio Ave in 2017, never adapted to English football and spent last season on loan at Olympiakos. Graham and Bonatini, meanwhile, had spells at Oxford United and Nottingham Forest in recent months.

The Express and Star reports that Wolves would love to sell all three in an ideal world though they may be forced to accept loan deals instead.

Saiss, however, doesn’t appear to be going anywhere.

With Wolves eyeing both Franck Kessie and Mario Lemina, question marks had been asked about whether the Moroccan international still has a future at Molineux.

But Saiss remains a respected and useful member of Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad and it makes no sense to sell with Wolves looking to balance domestic and continental exploits over the next few months.
