Premier League Arsenal have been linked with Adrien Rabiot, Ever Banega, Nicolas Tagliafico, Nicolo Zaniolo and Daniele Rugani.

Arsenal are set to have a new director of football very soon.
The Mail reported over the weekend that the highly-rated Monchi is likely to be announced as the Gunners’ new transfer chief in April. The Spaniard left Roma on Friday after a tumultuous two years at the Stadio Olimpico, but retains a fantastic reputation after discovering the likes of Ivan Rakitic, Dani Alves, Carlos Bacca and Jesus Navas at Sevilla.
If reports from Italy are to be believed, Monchi already has five targets in mind as he prepares to take over the duties of the departed Sven Mislintat at Arsenal.
Sport Mediaset believes that Monchi’s target is Nicolo Zaniolo, a young Italian midfielder who has been a revelation at Roma this season. Monchi brought Zaniolo to the capital as part of the deal that saw Radja Nainnggolan join Inter Milan and he could cost around £53 million.

The report adds that he could be joined at the Emirates by the Juventus centre-back Daniele Rugani, who Monchi tried and failed to sign for Roma last summer. He is valued at £26 million.
PSG’s out-of-contract Adrien Rabiot, who has not played at all in 2019, is also a target, as is the Argentina international Ever Banega – a player Unai Emery knows very well from his time at Sevilla.
Ajax’s swashbuckling left-back Nicolas Tagliafico is the final name reportedly on Monchi’s wish list.
