Enzo Crivelli scored just nine Ligue 1 goals in the last two seasons, but Championship duo Cardiff City and Boro are still apparently interested.

Middlesbrough and Cardiff City have both made contact with Caen striker Enzo Crivelli as they look to add some firepower to their rather blunt attacks, according to France Football.
2018/19 proved to be a disappointing season for both Boro and The Bluebirds. Middlesbrough’s lack of quality in the final third (49 goals in 46 Championship games) cost them a place in the play-offs while Cardiff were relegated from the Premier League at the first time of asking, their top scorers netting just five times apiece.
But is Crivelli the man to provide some much-needed spark? With France Football reporting that Middlesbrough and Cardiff have made contact with the 24-year-old Frenchman, it appears that he has emerged as a priority target.
A 24-year-old centre-forward who has played for his country at U21 level, Crivelli’s goal-scoring record is far from outstanding.

He netted just six times in 35 Ligue 1 games as Caen surrendered their top flight status last season – though he did double his tally from the previous campaign.
Caen’s relegation means he is almost certain to leave but those worrying statistics don’t exactly paint the picture of a striker capable of firing Middlesbrough or Cardiff to promotion.
