Norwich City have reportedly won the race to sign £11m winger from Premier League champions Manchester City.

Norwich City are set to make Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts their first signing of the summer, according to the Sun.
After winning the Championship title, the Canaries are expected to keep the faith with many of the players who shone under Daniel Farke last season. But that does not mean the newly-promoted club will not make a couple of high-profile additions. And one of those looks likely to be Roberts.
The Sun claims that the highly-rated Englishman is heading to Carrow Road on a season-long loan and he is set to undergo a medical in Anglia.
Roberts, who joined City from Fulham for £11 million in the summer of 2015 (the Guardian), is coming off the back of a disappointing loan spell in La Liga, where he was relegated with Girona.
But the 22-year-old showed his quality during two-and-a-half years with Celtic, winning three Scottish Premiership titles and scoring 18 goals under Brendan Rodgers.

The Scottish Sun claimed over the weekend that Celtic wanted to bring Roberts back to Parkhead on a permanent deal worth £4 million while Rodgers was keen on a reunion at Leicester City.
But it seems that Norwich have all but won the race.
