Saul Niguez could move to the Premier League with Manchester City with Pep Guardiola reportedly interested.

Manchester City believe that a fee of £65 million will be enough to see them land Atletico Madrid star Saul Niguez this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
It is no secret that Pep Guardiola is desperate to bring in a new deep-lying midfielder in the off-season as backup for the ageing Fernandinho; particularly with the long-term future of Ilkay Gundogan uncertain.
TEAMtalk reports that City are huge fans of West Ham United’s newly capped England international Declan Rice and have been watching the 20-year-old for a number of years.
But City are looking at alternative options and believe that Saul would be cheaper, despite the fact that the Spaniard would cost a club-record fee and still has seven years left on his contract at Atletico Madrid.

With six goals and three assists to his name this season, Saul is one of the most complete midfielders anywhere in Europe and has a habit of stepping up in big games. He has also filled in at left-back when required, which should appeal to City given their ongoing problems in that position.
Though any deal for Sauz is likely to exceed the £60 million they paid Leicester City for Riyad Mahrez last summer (BBC).
