Ismaila Sarr could reportedly follow Senegal teammate Sadio Mane to Jurgen Klopp’s Premier League title chasers Liverpool after starring in Ligue 1.

Liverpool are interested in reuniting Sadio Mane with his Senegal teammate Ismaila Sarr this summer, according to Calciomercato.
Like the Reds’ influential number ten, Sarr plays for the Lions at international level and honed his trade at French second tier outfit Metz.
But, while Mane arrived in England via Red Bull Salzburg, Sarr has continued to impress across the Atlantic for Ligue 1 side Rennes.
Sarr has scored ten goals in all competitions while providing a further 12 assists for Julien Stephan’s side, who beat PSG to win the Coupe de France a week ago. The speedy winger also found the net against Arsenal in the Europa League round of 16.
And, according to Calciomercato, Liverpool are now interested in bringing Sarr to Anfield.

Interestingly, the 21-year-old told Le Quotidien in 2016 that he sees Mane as a ‘role model’ – so the chance to link up with the former Southampton talisman at Anfield should certainly appeal to one of African’s most exciting rising stars.
Liverpool might face competition from the other side of Stanley Park, however, with WIW Sport claiming just three months ago that Everton were desperate to bring Sarr to Merseyside.
