Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser is reportedly a target for Liverpool after producing 14 Premier League assists in 2018/19.

Liverpool have joined the race to sign Ryan Fraser according to the Sun, and they are hatching an ambitious plan to sign the £30 million-rated forward for absolutely nothing.
Fraser was one of the breakthrough stars of the 2018/19 Premier League season with only Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard bettering his tally of 14 assists in the English top flight.
The Sun claims that the former Aberdeen youngster has caught the eye of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea, though the latter are still suffering from a transfer ban, with Bournemouth looking likely to lose one of their star men.
Liverpool are the latest club to express an interest but, according to the Sun, they are not planning to invest £30 million on Fraser over the next few months.

Instead, Jurgen Klopp’s side want to sign the Scotland international on a free when his contract expires in 12 months. This would be quite the coup for a Liverpool side who have pulled off a number of terrific bargain deals during Jurgen Klopp’s reign, from Mo Salah to Fabinho, Andy Robertson to Gini Wijnaldum.
The report adds that Fraser is unlikely to extend his contract at Bournemouth with the opportunity to prove himself at a top club on the cards. But could Liverpool pay the price for waiting too long?
