Weston McKennie’s fine Bundesliga displays for Schalke have Liverpool reportedly considering bringing him to the Premier League.

Christian Pulisic might not be the only Bundesliga wonder kid on his way to the Premier League this year.
The Borussia Dortmund winger has already agreed a switch to Chelsea and will arrive at Stamford Bridge in the summer. And, according to the Sun, he could be joined in England by Schalke’s Weston McKennie.
It is claimed that Liverpool have been scouting the versatile midfielder since he made his breakthrough at the Veltins Arena two years ago. Jurgen Klopp is apparently weighing up a £20 million bid which could see the Texan-born McKennie make the switch to Anfield.
McKennie has played in a wide variety of positions under Schalke head coach Domenico Tedesco this season.
Interestingly, he is capable of filling in a right-back; a position where Liverpool look particularly short of options after loaning Nathaniel Clyne to Bournemouth and losing Trent Alexander-Arnold to a knee injury.

McKennie should prove a good fit for Klopp due to his energetic, all-action approach and his ability to drive forward into attacking positions.
He scored the first goal of his professional career in October, scoring a last-gasp winner away to Lokomotiv Moscow in the Champions League.
