Wolverhampton Wanderers have moved on from Leo Bonatini since their promotion to the Premier League in 2018.

Leo Bonatini is on his way out of Wolverhampton Wanderers with Mais Futebol claiming that the striker is set to sign for Vitoria Guimaraes on loan.
Bonatini went from hero to zero in the blinking of an eye at Molineux. The Brazilian striker made a huge impact in his first few months as a Wolves player in 2017/18, scoring a flurry of goals to fire Nuno Espirito Santo’s side to the top of the Championship table.
But his form collapsed after scoring the winning goal away at Birmingham City on December 4.
Bonatini has found the net just once in his last 39, yes 39, games and a loan spell at Nottingham Forest is best left forgotten.

Reports now claim that the 25-year-old is set to be farmed out on loan to Primeira Liga outfit Vitoria Guimaraes. And, according to O Jogo, the move was confirmed by the club’s president Miguel Pinto Lisboa after Thursday night’s victorious Europa League qualifier against the club formerly known as Steaua Bucharest.
With Raul Jimenez establishing himself as one of the world’s best centre-forwards since joining Wolves in 2018 and with Italy international Patrick Cutrone providing competition, Bonatini’s time in the Black Country looks over for good.
