Leicester City paid £12m to bring Vincente Iborra to the Premier League from La Liga a year ago but he could reportedly be back at Sevilla very soon.

One year after joining Leicester City from Sevilla, Vicente Iborra could be on his way back to Andalucia.
Leicester paid £12 million to sign Iborra last summer but he never appeared to fully settle into the pace of the Premier League. The 30-year-old started just 17 top flight games, scoring twice, and could now be in danger of falling further down the pecking order in Claude Puel’s plans.

Adrien Silva is set to improve after a full pre-season with Leicester, while youth team player Hamza Choudhury made the step up to the first-team in the last few weeks of the season. And this is without mentioning James Maddison, who sealed a £24 million move from Norwich City last week.
El Decano adds that Iborra is on a much better contract at Leicester than he was at Sevilla, but this does not mean the 6ft 3ins powerhouse would be against taking a pay-cut to seal a return to Spain.

Iborra made 173 appearances for the La Liga giants, winning the Europa League for three successive seasons between 2014 and 2016.
