Celtic’s Tom Rogic could reportedly reunite with Brendan Rodgers at Leicester City while Southampton want to lure him to the Premier League, too.

Tom Rogic of Celtic celebrates after he scores his team's third goal during the Scottish Cup semi final between Aberdeen and Celtic at Hampden Park on April 14, 2019 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Premier League duo Leicester City and Southampton are keen to sign Tom Rogic from Celtic this summer, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

A skilful 26-year-old who is arguably the most naturally talented footballer anywhere in the Scottish top flight, the Australian international has been a Celtic player for the last seven years, having joined the reigning Premiership champions from Central Coast Mariners.

And despite making just 17 league appearances in a season disrupted by injury, the Sydney Morning Herald reports that Rogic is still a target for both Southampton and Leicester this summer.

The Saints have raided Celtic on numerous occasions over the years, Victor Wanyama, Stuart Armstrong and Virgil van Dijk all moving to St Mary’s from Glasgow, and the report claims they have watched Rogic for the last two seasons.

James Tavernier of Rangers vies with Tom Rogic during The Ladbrokes Scottish Premier League match between Celtic and Rangers at Celtic Park on March 31, 2019 in Glasgow, Scotland.

It is claimed that the playmaker could cost in the region of £20 million, which would see him overtake Mark Bresciano to become the most expensive Australian footballer of all time.

Leicester are also reported to be interested in a deal that would see former Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers reunite with a player he once called his ‘magic man’, Evening Times.
