Premier League strugglers West Bromwich Albion could cut short Grzegorz Krychowiak’s loan spell from Ligue 1 leaders PSG with Getafe interested.

Grzegorz Krychowiak’s disappointing spell at West Bromwich Albion could be over this month.
Big things were expected of the Polish international midfielder when he arrived at The Hawthorns on a season-long loan from Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain. But, after a bright start, Krychowiak has faded badly – to the point that speculation has intensified that the Baggies could even look to cut short his stay in the Midlands.

And according to Spanish publication AS, the former Sevilla star could be offered a return to La Liga via an unlikely source. It is understood that newly-promoted Getafe are set to launch an ambitious bid to bring Krychowiak to the Coliseum with Krychowiak keen to make the move back to Spain in order to rediscover his form ahead of the World Cup in Russia next summer.
According to The Sun, Krychowiak is picking up a hefty £100,000-a-week wage at West Brom. And with Alan Pardew’s side under pressure from Financial Fair Play, it is understood that they would be more than happy to get the powerhouse midfielder off their wage bill as they attempt to free up funds for new additions.

One of those could be Fenerbache’s Josef de Souza. According to Fanatik, West Brom will offer £13 million for the three-time Brazil international, who turned down the chance to move to The Hawthorns in the summer despite the Baggies agreeing an £11.5 million fee with his Turkish employers.
Polish paper Sport had stated, however, that Fener saw Krychowiak as the ideal replacement for Souza so it remains to be seen what impact his potential move to Getafe would have on the deal.
