Danny Cowley’s Terriers are lacking bite but signing the Sturm Graz loanee could potentially keep them in the Championship.

Huddersfield Town are interested in signing the prolific Emeka Eze from Turkish outfit Adanaspor in January, according to Fotospor.
It is no secret that the Terriers are lacking bite. Since the start of the 2018/19 season, the Yorkshire outfit have scored just 31 goals in 48 league games, a dreadful record that has seen them slip from the Premier League to the Championship relegation zone in the blinking of an eye.
Karlan Grant has scored half of Huddersfield’s goals this season (5) but he is the only member of Danny Cowley’s squad to find the back of the net more than once with Fraizer Campbell, Colin Quaner and Elias Kachunga failing to fire.

Huddersfield are crying out for firepower as they aim to avoid successive relegations and, according to reports on the continent, they have now turned their attention to Eze.
A 23-year-old Nigerian, Eze has made finding the net look, ahem, easy this season with four in five league games since joining Adanaspor on loan from Sturm Graz. In all competitions, he has six in nine to his name.
At 6ft 1ins, he would add height to the Huddersfield front line, although Fotospor makes it clear that Adanaspor are not looking to give up a player who looks key to their hopes of pushing up the Turkish second division table.
