Roma’s Serie A starlet Cengiz Under is reportedly leaning towards a move to the Premier League with Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester City keen.

You might have heard that Tottenham Hotspur did not sign a single new player during the summer transfer window. But the lack of investment would perhaps be forgiven if Daniel Levy spent big to bring Cengiz Under to North London in 2019.
The Turkish attacker has blossomed into one of Europe’s most promising young forwards since moving to Roma from Istanbul BB, helping Eusebio Di Francesco’s side reach the Champions League semi-finals last season and thriving on the biggest stage.
And, according to ESPN, Tottenham are one of a number of English clubs who have been keeping tabs on Under with Arsenal and long-standing suitors Manchester City, who narrowly missed out on the 21-year-old in 2017, also in the race.
ESPN adds that there is also interest from Germany and Spain in Under but his preference would be to move to the Premier League should he decide to leave Roma at the end of this season.

It is understood that the Serie A giants could be willing to sell in January if a bid is made between £40 and £50 million, though Under’s representatives remain in talks over a new deal that would include a pay rise and a release clause.
The 15-cap international has set up five goals in 12 games in all competitions this season and, should Tottenham win the race, Under would ease the creative burden on Christian Eriksen.
