Matt Grimes started 40 Championship games for Swansea City last season but will he join Potter at Premier League Brighton and Hove Albion?

Graham Potter could look to reunite with Swansea City midfielder Matt Grimes at Brighton and Hove Albion this summer, according to the Argus.
Potter swapped South Wales for The Amex last week after the Premier League outfit chose him to replace the long-serving Chris Hughton in the dugout.
And, unsurprisingly, the former Ostersunds boss has been tipped to sign a number of his Swansea stars, although a potential deal for Wales winger Daniel James (as reported by TEAMtalk) looks doomed with the speed-machine expected to join Manchester United.
But the Argus believes that a deal for 24-goal striker Oli McBurnie could be on the cards while hard-working midfielder Grimes could also be offered his chance in the top flight.
The 23-year-old played in all but one of Swansea’s Championship fixtures under Potter, scoring one goal and providing four assists while even playing in an unfamiliar left-back role when required.

Speaking to the BBC back in March, Potter claimed that Grimes had the quality to be a Premier League player while hailing the former Leeds United and Northampton loanee’s character and versatility.
“He is an intelligent footballer who every day does his very best, he is a model professional,” said Potter.
“He has been fantastic, from early pre-season he showed the type of character he was, stepping in at left-back, wanting to help and do his bit for the team.”
