Chelsea and Manchester City reportedly want Fulham midfielder Harvey Elliott, as do FC Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund.

Barcelona are reportedly keeping tabs on a Fulham player, and it is not their 2017 one-that-got-away Jean Michel Seri.
According to the Standard, the La Liga champions are one of a number of massive European clubs who are tracking the highly-rated Fulham youngster Harvey Elliott.
The midfielder has earned rave reviews at youth level for the Cottagers and manager Slavisa Jokanovic is understood to be a big admirer. Elliott, who is only 15, has been invited to train with Fulham’s first-team squad during the international break.
But the Premier League newcomers are unable to discuss a scholarship deal with Elliott until the New Year, opening the door for other clubs across Europe to make their move.

Barcelona have been interested in the teenager since he stood out for England’s U15s during a youth tournament earlier this year. The report adds that Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City are also keen, as are Fulham’s West London neighbours Chelsea.
Seeing a player as talented as Elliott make that short trip down the road to Stamford Bridge would be particularly painful for Fulham, who allegedly believe he can follow in the footsteps of Ryan Sessegnon and establish himself in the first-team.
