Arsenal’s three time Premier League winner Arsene Wenger was reportedly offered a return to the Premier League with Fulham.

Arsene Wenger has pointed out on numerous occasions that he had no plans to take over another Premier League club as a mark of respect to Arsenal. So Fulham might have been wasting their time attempting to lure the 69-year-old back to Craven Cottage.
In remarkable claims from The Mirror, it has been reported that Fulham made a shock approach for Wenger before sacking Slavisa Jokanovic and replacing him with another veteran in former Leicester City and Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri.
But, after turning down approaches from China, Wenger has also said no to a Cottagers side sitting bottom of the Premier League with just five points to their name and 31 goals conceded.

It is reported that the Frenchman, who won the Premier League three times during 22 years in charge of Arsenal, is waiting for one of the biggest jobs in European football to come available, having been linked with the Real Madrid and Bayern Munich posts of late.
It remains to be seen, however, whether Ranieri is the man to lead Fulham away from danger. He famously won the Premier League with Leicester in 2016 but this is a very different challenge.
