Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kiev are reportedly willing to pay Scottish Premiership powerhouses Rangers £7m for Colombian striker Alfredo Morelos.

It is the final day of the transfer window and Rangers have just a few more hours to go until they can officially declare that Alfredo Morelos will be remaining until January at least.
The Colombian striker has been linked with clubs in Turkey and China all throughout 2018 but it seems that a Ukranian powerhouse is preparing a last-minute swoop.
According to Sky Sports (live blog, 12.02pm), Dynamo Kiev are keen to sign Morelos today and are lodging a £7 million bid – far more than the £1 million Rangers paid HJK Helsinki for his services a year ago.
But manager Steven Gerrard has made it clear on a regular basis that he views Morelos as a key part of his Rangers’ plans and has no interest in selling.
Sky Sports add that Rangers are hoping to tie him down to a new contract complete with a massive pay-rise which will take his wages up to £30,000-a-week.

Fortunately, the Daily Record (live blog, 10.20am) believes that Rangers have nothing to fear about their star striker’s potential exit. It is reported that Morelos has no interest in moving to Dynamo Kiev on the final day of August.
Rangers, then, can breathe easy safe in the knowledge that Morelos is likely to stay and aid the Rangers revolution.
The forward has had an interesting start to the season under Gerrard, getting himself back on the goal trail but also picking up two red cards, with his most recent coming in the Europa League qualifier that saw Rangers reach the tournament’s group stage.
