Doria was frozen out by Marcelo Bielsa at Marseille but he could reportedly head to England with Everton.

Everton are interested in signing Brazilian international defender Matheus Doria in January with TodoFichajes reporting that the Santos star will be available for as little as £10.5 million.
It is no secret that the Toffees are short at centre-back. After letting Phil Jagielka go and failing to bring Kurt Zouma back to Merseyside, Marco Silva has been forced to rely upon Michael Keane and Yerry Mina.
But two defenders who set Everton back a combined £60 million are still struggling to live up to their colossal price-tags. Keane has looked shaky all season long and Mina scored an own goal during Saturday’s home defeat to Sheffield United.
The classy Doria, then, would be welcomed with open arms at Goodison Park. Todo Fichajes report that Everton are interested in bringing the 24-year-old back to Europe with his £10.5 million price-tag well within their budget.

Doria was one of the world’s most highly-rated young defenders a few years ago, making his Brazil debut at the age of just 18 before sealing an ill-fated move to Marseille in 2014.
Now, after rebuilding his reputation back home, Doria is ready to start all over again. Classy and combative, could he solve Everton’s problem position?
