Mino Raiola and Marcel Brands could have the expertise and the contacts to turn Everton into a Premier League force.

When Farhad Moshiri became Everton’s majority shareholder in the summer of 2016, his main ambition was to lead the Toffees into the Champions League, as reported by the Mail.
Coming to the end of his second season at Goodison Park, however, a place at the top table of European football could hardly be further away. So it should perhaps be no surprise that Moshiri is planning a major shake-up behind the scenes with an Everton side he has invested so much money in massively under-performing on the pitch.
In particular, director of football Steve Walsh has come under fire for a series of poor signings and, if Sky Sports is to be believed, his position will be in doubt very soon.

Because the coveted PSV technical director Marcel Brands (above, centre) looks set to put an end to months of speculation by leaving the Eredivisie for Goodison Park. Brands has been the brainchild of PSV’s success in recent years, bringing the likes of Hirving Lozano and Gini Wijnaldum to the Philips Stadium.
And Sky understands that his appointment will be confirmed by Everton later this month once PSV, who are seven points clear at the top of the Eredivisie, seal a third title win in four years.
Interestingly, Sky adds that Brands is represented by none other than eminent super-agent Mino Raiola, who has access to some of world football’s biggest names.

And Moshiri believes Brands and Raiola could have the contacts and the expertise help him achieve his top four dream at Everton.
