Two years after joining from Crystal Palace for £28 million, Yannick Bolasie faces an uncertain future at Premier League side Everton.

Yannick Bolasie is subtituted during the Premier League match between Everton and Manchester United at Goodison Park on January 1, 2018 in Liverpool, England.

Alongside the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin and Ashley Williams, it seems that Yannick Bolasie is one of the players most at risk of Everton’s summer cull.

According to the Mirror, the Congolese winger could be put up for sale by the Toffees amid interest from fellow Premier League clubs.

This is on the back of a disappointing two-year spell at Goodison Park, where injuries have restricted the £28 million winger to just 23 Premier League starts.

According to Fanatik, Fenerbahce have just entered the race to sign the former Crystal Palace man. It is understood that Fener’s sporting director Damien Comolli has been in negotiations with Everton and has offered around £1 million to sign Bolasie on loan for the 2018/19 season.

Blessed with lightning speed on the flanks and a street footballer’s skill, Bolasie will undoubtedly appeal to new Fenerbahce boss Philipp Cocu, who won the Eredivisie three times in four years with his fast-paced, counter-attacking PSV Eindhoven side.

It remains to be seen, however, whether Everton would let Bolasie leave on loan.

On one hand, they would perhaps be better off cashing in on the now-29-year-old. On the other, an impressive spell in Turkey could raise his market value or perhaps give him the chance to salvage his Everton career.
