Shinji Kagawa could be making a shock move back to the Premier League this summer – and Fussballeck report that the Japanese international has a price-tag which is very much within range for both Everton and West Ham.

It is understood that both The Toffees and The Hammers are considering offering the former Manchester United playmaker a second chance to prove himself in England, four years after he left Old Trafford to return to Borussia Dortmund.

And the report adds that Kagawa could be theirs for as little as £11.5 million despite being under contract at the Signal Iduna Park for another two years.

Now 29 years of age, Kagawa has struggled to recapture the brilliant form that earned him that £17 million move to Manchester United back in the summer of 2012. The former Cerezo Osaka talent looked a major find in his first spell at Dortmund, inspiring them to the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal double in his final season at the club.

These days Kagawa is not a guaranteed member of the first XI and, thanks somewhat to injuries, has started just 12 league games this season.

But the 89-time Japan international is still a classy operator who can change a game with a moment of class and he could be a real bargain addition for Everton or West Ham for just £11.5 million.
