Tolouse’s Ligue 1 centre-back Christopher Jullien could be heading to the Premier League with Newcastle United, Everton and Southampton linked.

Toulouse have already lost one centre-back to the Premier League this summer, with captain Issa Diop joining the West Ham revolution.
And it seems that they are in danger of bidding farewell to Diop’s former defensive partner, too. According to Les Violets, Christopher Jullien has made it clear that he wants to leave the side who narrowly survived relegation from Ligue 1 last season.
The 25-year-old, who represented France at U20 level, started 30 games in France’s top flight in the 2017/18 campaign and it seems that those displays have attracted the attention of a number of Premier League sides.
The report claims that Everton are interested, which should come as little surprise given that Marco Silva’s side are scouring Europe for a new centre-half.

Les Violets adds that Southampton, who are still in need of a replacement for Virgil van Dijk, have enquired about Jullien, too. As has a Newcastle side that appears to have money to spend at last after cashing in on some unwanted fringe players.
La Depeche reported in June that Jullien was valued at £9 million, far less than West Ham paid to bring Diop to the London Stadium.
