Eboue Kouassi played just two Scottish Premiership games for Celtic last season and he could reportedly be heading to Greece.

Forgotten man Eboue Kouassi could be offered a route out of Celtic with SDNA claiming that Panathinaikos are interested in signing the Ivory Coast midfielder.
A £3 million signing from Krasnodar in January 2017 (BBC), it is fair to say Celtic haven’t seen much return on their investment.
Eboue looked raw and unconvincing right from the first time he stepped out in green and white and he appears to have made very little progress in the last two-and-a-half years. Not that he’s had many chances to make an impression.
He played just five games in all competitions last season, two of those coming in the Scottish Premiership. And despite being linked with moves away from Celtic every time the transfer window opens, he is still part of Neil Lennon’s squad.
Though maybe not for much longer.
According to SDNA, Panathinaikos’s sporting director Nikos Dabizas is set to fly in for talks with Celtic about taking Eboue to Greece. It remains to be seen whether he will leave the Scottish champions on loan or on a permanent basis.

It must be remembered that Eboue is still just 21 years of age and maybe a loan spell at Panathinaikos is exactly what he needs in order to recapture the form that encouraged Celtic to pay £3 million in the first place.
Don’t write him off just yet. He could return to Scotland in 12 months’ time a far better, more rounded and mature footballer chomping at the bit to belatedly prove his worth.
