Trabzonspor’s Okay Yokuslu is a reported target for West Ham United, who will no doubt love how affordable his release clause is.

West Ham United and West Bromwich Albion are set to go head-to-head for Turkish international midfielder Okay Yokuslu in the summer transfer window.
And, if Milliyet is to be believed, their hopes of luring him to England have just been boosted. Because it is reported that the 24-year-old defensive midfielder, who has been Trabzonspor’s standout player this season, has a release clause in his contract worth just £6.6 million.

Reports in Haber Turk claimed that Trabzonspor would likely sell Yokuslu this summer amid interest from West Brom, who failed in a move to sign him in January. But, with news of his release clause now out in the open, we are able to understand why one of the rising stars of Turkish football is on the market for so cheap.
A £6.6 million transfer fee should also raise the chances of West Ham making a move come the summer.

After all, manager David Moyes has not exactly been subtle about his desire to add a dynamic midfielder to his squad, having missed out on a litany of targets in the summer.
But with West Brom eight points adrift at the bottom of the Premier League and West Ham only three clear of the drop zone, it remains to be seen whether Yokuslu would be open to moving to the Championship.
