Jairo Riedewald has struggled for a Premier League chance at Crystal Palace and Galatasaray could come calling.

Jairo Riedewald seemed to be a perfect fit for Frank de Boer at Crystal Palace.
De Boer made the Dutch defender one of his first signings after taking over at Selhurst Park in 2017, paying £7.9 million to reunite with a player who impressed under him at Ajax. But four games and four defeats later, De Boer was gone.
And Riedewald has been left in limbo with the Dutchman’s successor, Roy Hodgson, seemingly less convinced by the 22-year-old’s qualities. Despite being able to play at centre-half, full-back and in midfield, Riedewald has still failed to make a single Premier League appearance so far in 2018/19.
Suddenly, his decision to reject a move to Swansea City in the summer looks like it might have been a mistake, as reported by the Sun (2 August, page 51).
Fortunately for Riedewald, however, he could be offered an escape route from Selhurst Park in January. According to Fotomac, Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray are interested in bringing him to Istanbul.

Gala have allegedly made Gary Cahill their top target though. The 32-year-old is out of contract next summer and has been open about the possibility of leaving Chelsea in January after making just one Premier League start under Maurizio Sarri.
It seems a move to Galatasaray, who are taking part in this seasons Champions League, represents a good opportunity for both Riedewald and Cahill.
