Crystal Palace are the latest club to have been linked with the player.

The race to sign Galatasaray winger Garry Rodrigues this summer is hotting up.

Newcastle United have made bids to sign the Cape Verde international in each of the last two transfer windows, while Everton have also been tracking Rodrigues over the last few months.

And, according to the Sun (10 May, page 55), West Ham United made a £10 million for the 27-year-old. But there is now a fourth Premier League team in the race.

The Sun adds that Crystal Palace have joined the raft of clubs planning to make a move for Rodrigues this summer, although Galatasaray are expected to demand around £20 million for a player who has arguably been their star performer this season.

Rodrigues has nine goals and eight assists to his name in his first full Super Lig season. He scored twice in the crucial 2-1 win at Akhisarspor on Sunday, a result which edged Galatasaray ever closer to wrestling the league title away from Besiktas.

And reports of Crystal Palace’s interest might just increase the speculation once more about the future of Selhurst Park talisman Wilfried Zaha.

Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace is awarded with the EA SPORTS Player of the Month for April on May 8, 2018 in Beckenham, England.

The Sun stated recently that the reigning Premier League Player of the Month was a £50 million target for Liverpool and Manchester City.

And while Zaha is happy with life at Palace, it is understood that he would be willing to leave in order to prove himself at the top level after that infamous spell at Manchester United.
