Crystal Palace and Fulham were both linked with Ozan Tufan in the summer and the Fenerbahce midfielder could still be heading to the Premier League.

Back in July, London rivals Crystal Palace and Fulham were reportedly to be going head to head for the Fenerbahce midfielder Ozan Tufan, according to Turkish Football.
Fanatik even claimed that Palace had offered £2.5 million to convince the 31-time Turkey international to move to the Premier League. But, the report added, Tufan wanted to remain with Fener.
A few months later, however, a move to England could be back on the cards.
According to Aksam, Fulham and Crystal Palace are again hovering with Tufan’s future at Fenerbahce having recently come under question.

The 23-year-old, who moved to his current club form Bursaspor in 2015 for £6 million, has fallen well out of favour at the Istanbul giants and has not made a single appearance for the first-team all season.
Therefore, although Tufan was keen to stay at Fenerbahce in the summer, it seems unlikely that he has a future at the club. And this could open the door for both Palace and Fulham, who already appear to be mired in a relegation battle after just 12 games of the current Premier League season.
