Nathaniel Clyne could reportedly be on his way out of Liverpool with Premier League strugglers Cardiff City interested in a player Neil Warnock knows well.

Cardiff City are stuck in the relegation zone after just two wins in 12 Premier League games. And, with many fans and pundits already writing off their hopes of survival, it is no surprise that Neil Warnock is planning to make a splash in the transfer market.
And, according to Wales Online, the veteran manager is keen to turn to player he knows well.
It is understood that Cardiff are interested in signing Liverpool’s out-of-favour right-back Nathaniel Clyne in the winter, 10 years after Warnock gave him his debut for Crystal Palace.
Clyne has failed to force his way back into Liverpool’s first-team plans after a prolonged spell on the sidelines with injury and hasn’t played a second of Premier League football all season.
The report adds that Jurgen Klopp is open to the idea of letting the England international leave Anfield on a temporary basis while Clyne himself is understandably keen to secure more regular minutes.

Cardiff benefited immensely from bringing in Marko Grujic on loan for the second half of last season, the Serbian midfielder helping the South Wales side finish second in the Championship, and the hope will be that Clyne can have a similar impact.
The Bluebirds have been forced to field centre-half Bruno Manga on the right of late with Lee Peltier and Jazz Richards struggling with injury.
