Sean Dyche’s Burnley reportedly want to bring Besiktas’s Super Lig forward Guven Yalcin to the Premier League this summer.
Burnley will have to pay a fee of £5 million to sign Besiktas forward Guven Yalcin this summer, according to Fanatik.
The versatile forward has enjoyed a fine breakthrough season in Istanbul, scoring five goals and providing a further four assists in the Super Lig while playing in a variety of attacking roles under Senol Gunes.
Takvim reported recently that Wolfsburg and Freiburg are keen to bring Yalcin to the Bundesliga but he is also a target for Premier League outfit Burnley, who will be hoping to enhance their attack after a season in which they have flirted intermittently with relegation.
And, according to Fanatik, Besiktas have now made it clear that any club hoping to sign the 20-year-old will have to pay £5 million for the privilege.
A statement is expected to be made about Yalcin’s future in the near future.
The Dusseldorf-born forward could be an exciting investment for a Burnley side who already have one exciting young attacker in their ranks, the former Manchester United winger Dwight McNeil.
Dyche’s Clarets are comfortably safe from relegation heading into the final game of the season on Sunday.
