Brighton and Hove Albion goalkeeper Mat Ryan is reportedly on the radar of Manchester United.

David de Gea’s future at Manchester United is once again up in the air.
The Spaniard is arguably the best goalkeeper anywhere in world football, and you could hardly blame him for thinking that his potential is being wasted at a United side who have finished in the top four just twice since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.
According to the Sun, United are preparing for life without De Gea, who is out of contract at the end of the season (although there is an option for another year). Juventus and PSG are keen to sign the former Atletico Madrid youngster.
The report adds that Jose Mourinho’s side are lining up a shock replacement for their long-serving number one – Brighton and Hove Albion’s Australian international Mat Ryan.

Ryan has been quietly impressive since he arrived at the Amex from Valencia for £5 million in 2017 and appears to have improved his game in the opening weeks of this season. And it is claimed that Manchester United believe that the former two-time Belgian league Goalkeeper of the Year is ready to make the step up.
Brighton boss Chris Hughton will be desperate to hang on to Ryan, but the Seagulls might struggle to turn down a massive fee.
