Swansea City could lose striker McBurnie with Graham Potter allegedly keen to bring him to Brighton while Sheffield United are also linked.

Graham Potter wants to bring Swansea City striker Oli McBurnie with him to Brighton this summer according to the Sun (19 May, page 63), but he will allegedly face competition from Premier League newcomers Sheffield United.
Potter is expected to be announced as Chris Hughton’s replacement at The Amex this week after an impressive debut season at the Liberty Stadium.
And it seems that the former Ostersunds boss is hoping to be joined on the South Coast by the prolific Scotland international McBurnie.
The Swansea academy graduate scored 24 goals in 44 games for Swansea in 2018/19, 22 of those coming in the Championship, and he would provide some much needed competition for veteran Glen Murray at Brighton.
Sheffield United, who were promoted to the Premier League after a 12 year absence recently, are also interested but Brighton will have a rather substantial advantage with Potter in the dugout.

The Sun adds that Swansea want £12 million for their star striker with the club also expected to lose Daniel James to the Premier League in the next few weeks.
The Welsh international appears to be on his way to Manchester United.
