Borja Iglesias can’t stop scoring for Real Zaragoza and has attracted the interest of Brentford, as well as Scottish Premiership giants Celtic.

Celtic are not the only side in Britain keeping a close eye on Borja Iglesias.
But it seems Celtic have competition, because El Periodico had claimed that there were a number of English sides interested in the 25-year-old too and, in an update on Tuesday morning, they have identified one of those as Brentford.

It is stated that a number of sides from the top two tiers of English football have been sending scouts to La Romareda, with Brentford one of the most interested parties.
The Bees have a habit of identifying under-the-radar talents impressing in some of Europe’s lesser leagues and enjoyed great success the last time they signed a player from Celta Vigo. After all, Jota earned them £6 million when he left for Birmingham City in the summer, per Sky Sports.

And following Lasse Vibe’s January move to China, there is a space in Dean Smith’s squad for another goalscoring with Ollie Watkins the only member of the current team to hit double figures in the Championship this season.
Iglesias, meanwhile, has six in his last six to take his tally to 15 for the league season.
It remains to be seen whether Celtic make a move, however, and whether their interest rests on the future of loanee Odsonne Edouard or whether Moussa Dembele should depart.
