Kortney Hause is on loan at Championship outfit Aston Villa from Premier League high-flyers Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Kortney Hause is ‘poised’ to complete his move from Wolverhampton Wanderers to Aston Villa ahead of the summer transfer window, according to the Birmingham Mail.
The former England U21 international defender made the short journey to Villa Park in the January transfer window, joining on an initial loan deal from the club’s Midland neighbours Wolves after failing to force his way into Nuno Espirito Santo’s plans.
Hause has found game time far easier to come by under Dean Smith, however, making 10 Championship starts with his versatility proving useful to the former Brentford boss. The 23-year-old has played at both centre-half and left-back for Aston Villa.
According to the Birmingham Mail, Villa will likely make Hause their first signing of the summer and are ‘poised’ to take up their option to sign him on a permanent basis.

It is unknown how much Villa will pay to keep the highly-rated defender.
Hause, though, is unlikely to be the only loanee the club aim to sign permanently over the next few weeks with both Tyrone Mings and Tammy Abraham catching the eye since signing from Bournemouth and Chelsea respectively.
