Quentin Beunardeau’s form in Portugal with CD Aves could let him move to the Championship with either Aston Villa or Sheffield Wednesday.

Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday are among the clubs interested in signing French goalkeeper Quentin Beunardeau, according to Record.
And, before you all go firing up Wikipedia, Beunardeau is a 25-year-old shot-stopper who is currently playing in Portugal with CD Aves after leaving his homeland, and Metz, in the summer of 2018.
A former France U20 international, Beunardeau has made 19 Primeira Liga appearances this season and kept five clean sheets for an Aves side who are stuck in a congested relegation battle, just one point above the bottom three.
Record believes that he could be offered a return to France with Montpellier or Nice but a move to England is on the cards too with Championship duo Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday also interested.

Villa currently have three first-team goalkeepers on their books, Jed Steer, Orjan Nyland and the £7 million January signing Lovre Kalinic. The Croatian international started badly since his arrival from Gent and currently finds himself stuck on the bench.
Sheffield Wednesday, meanwhile, are set to lose the experienced Kieren Westwood when his contract expires in July.
