Emile Smith-Rowe shot to fame for Premier League giants Arsenal this season and he is currently on loan at Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig.

Arsenal will not allow Emile Smith-Rowe to join any club on loan with an option-to-buy agreement next season, according to Football London.
The Croydon-born 18-year-old shot to fame last year by scoring a long-range wonder-goal against Atletico Madrid in pre-season and he continued to catch the eye whenever he was given a chance to impress in Unai Emery’s first-team.
Smith-Rowe even scored in two Europa League group-stage games before moving on loan to RB Leipzig in January in an attempt to get further minutes under his belt. The teenager has played just once for the Bundesliga high-flyers so far due to a groin injury.
According to Football London, there is a chance that Smith-Rowe will be loaned out again for the 2019/20 season with a number of Premier League sides expected to show an interest.

But Arsenal see the one-time Barcelona target as a key part of their future plans and will block any clubs who want to sign him on loan with an option to buy at the end of his temporary spell.
This is perhaps no surprise, given that Smith-Rowe is arguably the most exciting young talent on Arsenal’s books right now.
The report adds that Emery could promote Smith-Rowe into a first-team role with Aaron Ramsey and Denis Suarez set to leave The Emirates.
