Unai Emery won the Ligue 1 title alongside Meunier at Paris Saint-Germain but will they be reunited in the Premier League at Arsenal?

Arsenal have launched a £22 million bid for Paris Saint-Germain right-back Thomas Meunier, according to Tuttomercatoweb, with Unai Emery apparently keen to bring his former Parc des Princes favourite to The Emirates.
The Belgian international is currently facing an uncertain future at PSG, who need to sell a number of players this summer to avoid potential Financial Fair Play sanctions.
According to L’Equipe, Meunier is one of a number of players who have been put up for sale, alongside Christopher Nkunku, Julian Draxler and Layvin Kurzawa.
Arsenal have been heavily linked with Meunier of late. Their head coach Emery spent two years working with the former Club Brugge flyer in the French capital, winning the Ligue 1 title together in 2018.

And Tuttomercatoweb claims that the Europa League finalists have offered £22 million, plus bonuses, for one of the most technically gifted right-backs anywhere in European football.
Despite the prospect of working with Emery again, DH claimed this week that Meunier could reject any offer Arsenal make in order to seal a dream move to his boyhood club Manchester United instead.
