Premier League rivals Arsenal and Leicester City are reportedly keen to sign La Liga youngster Ferran Torres.

Arsenal and Leicester City are both looking to sign the exciting Valencia speedster Ferran Torres, according to the Mail.
A 19-year-old right winger who can also play on the left, Torres is one of the most promising prospects in La Liga and shone as Los Che finished fourth in the table after a dismal start to the campaign, while reaching the Europa League semi-finals.
The Mail believes Valencia could be tempted to sell the teenager for £25 million with Arsenal seeing him as an affordable addition to their attack. After missing out on the Champions League, Arsenal will have a vastly restricted transfer budget.
The report suggests that they can no longer afford Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser or the £80 million-rated Crystal Palace talisman Wilfried Zaha, pushing them in the direction of Torres.

Leicester City are also reported to be interested in Torres, who would no doubt form a thrilling partnership with Ricardo Pereira on the right hand side.
Brendan Rodgers has a fine track record when it comes to working with young players but could he turn Torres into a world renowned winger?
