Raul Jimenez has scored 12 Premier League goals since joining Nuno Espirito Santo’s Wolverhampton Wanderers from SL Benfica.

A number of Premier League clubs are interested in hijacking Wolverhampton Wanderers’ deal for Raul Jimenez this summer, the Mexican international’s father has told Fox Sports.
There were plenty of doubters when Wolves signed Jimenez on loan from Benfica last summer, particularly as he had only started six Primeira Liga games for the club during the 2017/18 season.
But few could have predicted just how impressive Jimenez would be in England, the striker scoring 12 Premier League goals in a stunning debut season at Molineux.
He has hit the net four times in his last five games, including a well-taken strike in Wolves’ 2-1 FA Cup quarter-final win against Manchester United.
As a result, Wolves are expected to seize their chance to sign Jimenez permanently for a fee of £33 million, as reported by the Birmingham Mail.

But they are not the only clubs interested in signing the one-time Atletico Madrid front man. Speaking to Fox Sports, Jimenez’s father has claimed that ‘two or three other Premier League teams’ want to sign the 27-year-old this summer, although the identity of these clubs remains a mystery for now.
It is no surprise that Jimenez has plenty of admirers, but Wolves appear to have the striker’s destiny in their hands.
According to the Express and Star, player and club have already come to an agreement over wages and a contract for next season.
